Group pee call leads cops to impaired suspect

BRADFORD - On Monday August 15, 2016 at 3 a.m. officers were called to a Bradford subdivision for a suspicious vehicle with several males standing around it, urinating on the street.

Upon officers arrival, all the males were now in the vehicle and the driver was fast asleep.

Officers were able to wake the man and found that he was incoherent, and seemed to be under the influence of narcotics.

Officers arrested the 27-year-old man from Woodbridge and took him in for tests.

The tests concluded that the man was under the influence of narcotics and he was charged with Impaired Care & Control by drug.

The man's car was impounded for seven days and he was given an automatic 90 day licence suspension.

The man now faces a criminal court date with a Judge and if convicted will see a further licence suspension of one year along with a fine ranging from $1,000 - $2,000.
