The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of breaching his parole.
On Sunday, June 26, 2016 the offender fled on foot from his designated residence within the City of Barrie.
Sayed Mabase-Zamani is described as;
- Male, Arabic decent, medium complexion
- 27 years old
- Five-foot-eight, heavy build, brown eyes, black hair
Sayed is a federal offender serving a 2 year and 2 month sentence for Break and Enter with Intent, Assault, Mischief, and Theft Under $5,000.
He has numerous connections in the Aurora, Newmarket, Woodbridge and Markham areas.
