Two different callers reported to Barrie Police that a blue Hyundai GN3 was driving northbound on Bayfield Street, passing the center line and driving into oncoming traffic as well as running red lights.

The vehicle was followed from Wellington Street all the way to Hanmer Drive where it pulled over to the shoulder.

Police located the vehicle at the side of the road with a male driver and female passenger inside.

Upon speaking to the male it was evident he was under the influence of drugs [omitted for legal reasons]

He was arrested and taken to Barrie Police Service and Royal Victoria Regional Health Center for further testing.

During further investigation police located a quantity of marijuana, a quantity of money, two cellular phones and additional paperwork leading police to believe the male was also selling drugs.

The male was also under a current Probation Order for a similar drug related charge from February 2015 and was found to be breaching two of his conditions.

The 35-year-old Barrie man was charged with:

She was released with a future identification date and court date but failed to show up for her fingerprints.

Once under arrest for the most recent warrant, police located a bag in her pocket with cocaine as well as items commonly connected to intravenous drug use.
