The City of Orillia is offering free public skating at Brian Orser Arena and Rotary Place this holiday season.

With help from numerous community partners, the City of Orillia is opening its two arenas for families to enjoy free skating at various times throughout the holidays. Public skating will return to regular paid programming on Saturday, Jan. 6, 2018.

In past years, the holiday public skate program has been enjoyed by more than 2,000 skaters annually. The City of Orillia would like to give special thanks to the numerous partners who make this program successful.

These partners include: Tim Hortons, Leah Cavanaugh – Sales Rep. of Orillia Century 21 B.J. Roth Realty., The Office of Bruce Stanton M.P., Redeemer Church, The Ontario Winter Games, Emmanuel Orillia and Mayor Clarke, Councillors Emond, Valiquette-Thompson, Kloostra, Cipolla, Clark, Hehn and Lauer.
