This summer the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre (RVH) Auxiliary is inviting members of the community to join them for the ultimate theatre experience while raising funds for patient care.

This new Auxiliary fundraiser includes tickets to fantastic theatre productions in Toronto, Penetanguishene, and other venues in the surrounding area, transportation to and from the event and a three-course meal.

“This is a great opportunity for members of the community to enjoy a popular theatre production, while supporting RVH,” says Lise McCourt, president of the RVH Auxiliary. “We want people to come out, have a great time and know their ticket purchase has a direct impact on patient care.”

The upcoming bus tours includes productions of Shear Madness and Beauty and the Beast hosted at King’s Wharf in Penetanguishene. Shear Madness continues to leave audiences at the edge of their seats with its blend of humour and mystery, while Beauty and the Beast has captured the hearts of millions worldwide, as Disney’s most popular musical.

Following a successful event, there will also be a second trip to the ever popular production of Come From Away at Elgin Theatre in Toronto, as well as a Famous People Players production of Jingle All the Way in November.

Are you interested in productions such as Hello Dolly, Anastasia, Hamilton, or seeing a production by Famous People Players? Would you be interested in overnight trips or want to share your ideas of different day trips? The Auxiliary also welcomes members of the community to share their voice for future bus tours or other opportunities for fun experiences.

Whether it’s making new friends and lasting memories at a popular production in Toronto and the surrounding area, or providing your feedback for future enriching events, the RVH Auxiliary’s bus tours offer an experience that will last a lifetime.

The dates and ticket prices for each of the upcoming events are as follows:

  • July 18, 2019 – Beauty and the Beast for $135 per person – King’s Wharf
