On Sunday, December 13 at approximately 1:50 a.m., a single motor vehicle was travelling westbound on Hamner Street West when it lost control and hit a light standard just west of Kozlov Street.
This particular motor vehicle being heavily damaged then fled the scene after damaging City property.
The motor vehicle is described as a Honda Element operated by a male driver.
