County services affected during upcoming long weekend

COUNTY OF SIMCOE

The County of Simcoe reminds residents of the following schedule changes during this Victoria Day long weekend.

County Administration Centre (Midhurst)

  • The Administration Centre will be closed to the public on Monday, May 23.
  • The Service Simcoe Contact Centre will be closed on Monday, May 23.

Simcoe County Museum

  • The museum is open regular operating hours between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. (including Monday, May 23).
  • For information, visit museum.simcoe.ca.

Landfills and curbside waste collection

  • There will be no changes to your regular curbside waste collection schedule. Ensure you have your materials curbside by 7 a.m. on your regular collection day.
  • All landfills are closed on Monday, May 23, with the exception of Matchedash.

LINX Transit

  • LINX Transit services are not in operation on Monday, May 23.
  • All LINX Transit services will be operating on their regular schedules on Tuesday, May 24.
  • Please go to https://nextlinx.simcoe.ca to check our schedules.

Ontario Works offices

  • All Ontario Works offices are closed on Monday, May 23.
