On June 22, dedicated Conservative, community builder and Member of Parliament, the Honourable Dr. Kellie Leitch, P.C.O.Ont will be honoured in Creemore, Ont.

Conservatives from across Canada, friends and family will join your local Federal Conservative Electoral District Association on June 22 in Creemore to celebrate the distinguished career and dedicated service of our MP Dr. Kellie Leitch, P.C., O.Ont.

Kellie has been a part of the Conservative Party since the age of 14 and has represented all residents of Simcoe-Grey since 2011. Kellie is a determined and hard working community leader who continues to make a difference to many people across Canada and throughout the world. 

As a pediatric orthopaedic surgeon, Kellie has been all over the world on medical missions helping those that are most vulnerable and facing adversity, including being part of the response for medical aid during the 2015 Nepal earthquake. Through her long-standing political career, she held senior government posts as a Cabinet Minister and also pursued the leadership of the Conservative Party of Canada in 2017.

Kellie was instrumental in bringing the Children’s Fitness Tax Credit benefit to all Canadians and also founded The Sandbox Project, an organization that partners with schools, not-for-profit organizations, government, and industry to make Canada the healthiest place on earth for children to grow up.

Kellie will be returning to her profession full time to continue to serve others, just as she alway has and making sure that the next generation of Canadians grow up healthy and enjoying all the amazing opportunities that Canada has to offer.
