Collision with transport leads to impaired charge

ORILLIA – The Orillia Ontario Provincial Police has arrested and charged a male after a collision in Severn Township.

On December 29, 2015 at approximately 10:15 a.m., Orillia OPP was dispatched to a vehicle collision on Highway 11 north near Campbell Road. 

When officers arrived on scene they located a collision between a car and tractor trailer. 

No one was injured in the collision, but during the investigation the driver of the car was arrested.

Scott GRAVES, 46 years old of Antigonish Nova Scotia, has been charged with Care and Control of a Motor Vehicle with Over 80 milligrams Blood/Alcohol. 

He was released on a Promise to Appear in Orillia court on January 12, 2016.
