Barrie Police Service received frantic calls from some Barrie residents shortly after 5 a.m. on Friday, December 4, 2015 after they found an unknown male laying on the floor of their house.
The male had entered the house on Collier Street, in the city of Barrie, for an unknown reason and was located by the residents who called Police immediately while keeping the male on scene.
Barrie Police arrived in less than three minutes and the 37-year-old Barrie man was arrested for Prowl By Night.
The male was later released on a Promise to Appear with a future court date to answer to the charge.
