With elementary teachers hitting the picket lines Monday and scheduled school closures, the City of Barrie is offering day camps for parents who need somewhere to send their kids.

The camps, which run from 8:30 a.m. until 4:15 p.m., will be held at East Bayfield Community Centre and Holly Community Centre.

The cost is $33.20 per child. The coed day camps are for kids between the ages of four and 12 years old.
