A busy summer night downtown resulted in six people being arrested for being intoxicated in a public place.
One of these intoxicated parties was a 28-year-old male from Angus who was also charged with assaulting a doorman from one of the bars downtown.
He was released once sober with a future court date. The other parties were held until sober and released in the morning.
