On Tuesday, December 15, just after 9 p.m., police attended the YMCA located on Grove Street, in the City of Barrie upon receiving a report of a theft.
The victim indicated the locker he had secured his items in had been broken into and his wallet had been taken.
Within an hour of reporting the incident to police the suspect had utilized the victim’s credit card at several locations on Bayfield Street.
Police were able to ascertain video from one location and are seeking witnesses to identify the suspect.
