Love, loss and self-discovery are all things that inspired local independent musician Thomas Messenger’s debut album, Sagesse.
Messenger describes the 19-track album, produced by Hobbithole Productions in Barrie, as a “true labour of love,” having written, performed, recorded, engineered, and mastered every song on the album himself.
He touts the album, which is available on all major streaming platforms as well as online as being "a musical journey through his mind and heart."
“The album explores themes of love, loss, and self-discovery, with each track offering a unique perspective on the human experience," Messenger says. "From the soaring ballads to the upbeat anthems, Sagesse is a diverse collection of music that will resonate with listeners of all ages.”
The album features a mix of different styles and genres, including rock, pop, and electronic, showcasing his versatility as a musician and his ability to create music that connects with people on a deep level.
