This is regarding the recently published letter to the editor pontificating on the greatness of 'No Mow May'.

Thanks to this very recent trend, I have a yard full of dandelion and other weeds from my neighbours who either are trendy or just plain lazy.

I'm guessing it's lazy based on other indicators.

Last May, and any day now, I watched the wind carry dandelion seeds our way in what was I can best describe as a snow squall of dandelion.

I don't appreciate the additional time, effort and money myself and the neighbours need to spend to fight these weeds.

There are plenty of other spring flowers for the bees, they don't need the weeds. Mow your lawn and treat it for the weeds!
