I'm here to call attention to the fact that dog parks in Barrie are not safe for all canines.

This is due to the fact that the parks can house some violent dogs and can be unsanitary for the dogs. People are too careless with their pets, and they grow aggressive. When owners bring their dogs to the dog park, they can be highly violent and attack smaller dogs for no reason.

People are lazy and forget to give their dogs shots for certain illnesses like kennel cough, which is easily shared, especially if they are playing and having fun with one another. Giardia is one of the diseases they can get. Canine parvovirus and kennel cough, as well as roundworms and hookworms.

To prevent dogs from being violent all of the time, dog adoption businesses should require you to take a course on how to treat your dog and teach it to be a nice, loving and non-aggressive dog, and if your dog is still aggressive, don't bring it to the park.

To make the dog parks more hygienic, they should need you to sign a waiver that your dog has had all of the appropriate vaccines. I believe that if we come up with a good solution, we can make the dog parks safe for all dogs.
