Is this council including vulnerable citizens in their thinking and planning?

I see from my experience in Barrie, there is more ignoring the issues of "them and us." Seeing poverty and illness, also showing up as addictive behaviour, is a huge issue.

Other cities, countries have shown compassion and understanding regarding those who don't fit in to the "ideal family life."

Are there educated council folks who will learn what vulnerable folk need and follow that information instead of the uninformed, NIMBY, unkind, inhuman rants of their constituencies?

I wonder who will stand up for what is right, just and humane.
