WavyDays comes with two fun bartenders who keep the party going and amazing drink packages to suit any wedding or event scene.

WavyDays Bar + Café is always on the move. The food trailer operates as a cafe and provide bar services to events across the region.

“WavyDays was created through our passion for bringing people together, yet doing so in a completely new and unique way,” says Georgia Allison, co-owner of WavyDays Bar + Café.

Allison said the white-and-timber mobile bar was built from scratch, inspired by the idea of being unique to help events rise above the ordinary.

“We built WavyDays with the intention to create a gorgeous statement. It can be an easy canvas to dress up or dress down to suit any celebration," she says.

WavyDays’s co-owner Justin Carriere says the idea is to bring a completely new party experience to the Barrie community and surrounding areas.

“We will make weddings, functions, launches, bachelors, or even a family backyard bash truly unforgettable, with our easy-to-choose packages, and incredible add on options,” says Carriere.

Based in Barrie, WavyDays features a 24-foot mobile bar and bar-tending service with a three-tap draft system. Grazing boards, champagne walls and lawn games are also options available.

“WavyDays comes with two fun bartenders that keep the party going, and amazing drink packages to suit any wedding or event scene,” Allison says.

“We're all about making waves, providing our guests a day and evening to remember, filled with good vibes, great service and an even better time,” adds Carriere.

Although predominantly a mobile bar and bartending service, WavyDays is also suitable for alcohol-free events and can be easily repurposed in public locations as a cafe.

“Our cafe menu is inspired by Aussie summers, which consists of great coffee, kids’ and adult milkshakes, iced coffees and chocolates, along with an array of pastries,” Allison says.

WavyDays was officially launched at the beginning of June.

“We hope Barrie and the region will welcome the idea of adding this exciting experience to any event, whether big or small,” says Allison.

Allison and Carriere are hopeful that WavyDays Bar + Cafe is going to be their first of many food trailer projects to come.
