North American Development Group, with the support of its Canadian institutional partners, is pleased to announce the introduction of a national economic relief program to support and bring immediate relief to qualified small business owners in their shopping centres.
This program will be made available to all local business owners in Park Place Shopping Centre in Barrie.
Small business owners make Park Place a vibrant shopping destination and are integral to making Barrie a desirable community to live, work, shop and play. Small business owners are among the most severely impacted by the Covid-19 virus.
NADG has established a fund that will provide rental deferrals to those of their small business retailers that require financial assistance at Park Place. This plan will go into effect April 1, 2020. Qualifying small businesses who can demonstrate their need for financial assistance will be permitted to defer all or a part of their rental payments for up to two months, at which point, it is hoped this medical and economic pandemic is under control.
NADG is pleased and proud to assist small business owners at Park Place and to support the Barrie community.
