During these rapidly changing times, first responders, medical professionals and public safety personnel have been working tirelessly to protect our communities.

To thank first responders for their service during this time of uncertainty, Firehouse Subs Ontario Franchisees Ravish Shah and Nilam Shah partnered with Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation to donate meals to the local ambulance dispatchers at Paramedics Services of Simcoe and four different fire stations in Barrie and Innisfil. The franchisee duo didn’t stop there, they also donated meals for homeless families, under the supervision of Elizabeth Fry Society of Simcoe. The Barrie Firehouse Subs restaurant donated 100 meals total. The Firehouse Subs restaurant is located at 454 Bayfield St.

Since March 18, Firehouse Subs restaurants in the U.S. and Canada and Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation have donated thousands of meals to healthcare workers and first responders on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as individuals and families in need and seniors who are unable to leave their homes.

Stay safe!

Best,
Gianna
