Plumbtech Plumbing Inc., is an established and busy plumbing company located in Barrie and we are currently looking for a Purchaser Coordinator.

• purchase goods, materials, components or services in-line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets
• accurately place orders based on our consumption and inventory levels
• act as an interface between suppliers and other relevant departments on purchases
• conduct research for new components and suppliers
• contact suppliers to resolve price, quantity, quality or invoice issues
• maintain supplier relationship and keep in good standing
• ensure that a professional and consistent approach is taken in relation to all supplier relationships
• efficiently help customers (internally and externally) with the highest level of service
• be analytical and numerically astute with strong demonstrated problem-solving abilities
• have a keen attention to detail and accuracy
• take on other responsibilities as assigned

Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
All customers entering the office have to call ahead and wear a mask as well as staff when someone comes into the office

Plumbing knowledge: 2 years (preferred)
Quickbooks: 2 years (preferred)
Purchasing: 2 years (preferred)

This position is not remote.
