Health Minister Christine Elliott addressed the 700 cases that were not reported to public health in Toronto, saying it was the result of a misunderstanding between the hospital and the lab, and that 'it won't happen again.'
In a livestreamed press conference, Elliot said health officials are now doing contact tracing and case management in regards to these cases.
